Attendees: Manny Kelmenson, Lita Kelmanson, Norm Maxwell, Judith Maxwell, Don Scarl, Florence Zwerling, Mark Finkel and Jack McNanie

Absent: H. Scottie Coads, Judy S. Guise, and Mary McWilliams

Reports:

Treasurer's report, M. Kelmenson: Currently $1676.68.

Considerations:  Lita suggested having a membership drive at various popular shopping locations.

Motions:

Accepting treasurer’s report; seconded by Judith Maxwell and unanimously approved.

M. Kelmenson: Approval of Minutes of May 25, 2008 Meeting; seconded by Jack McNanie and unanimously approved

Next Board meeting scheduled for August 17, 2008, 10:30 a.m. at 8 Windsor Road, Great Neck, New York.
