Attendees: Manny Kelmenson, Norm Maxwell, Judith Maxwell, Mary McWilliams, Don Scarl and Jack McNanie

Absent: Muriel Finkel, H. Scottie Coads, Judy S. Guise, Lita Kelmenson and Mark Finkel

Action items:

L Kelmenson to send letters to the following candidates for statements about their three most important positions to be printed in our newsletter: Senator Clinton, Senator Obama, Former Senator Edwards, Former Governor Mitt Romney, Rudy Giuliani, Senator McCain and Former Senator Thompson, Representative Ron Paul.

L Kelmenson to contact Robert Kennedy regarding speaking at our next open meeting, June 2008,

Don Scarl to post next Board meeting date on our website.

Reports:

Treasurer's report, M Kelmenson: Currently $1833.

Motions:

Don Scarl: Accepting treasurer's report; seconded by Judith Maxwell and unanimously approved.

M. Kelmenson: Supporting a New York State driver's license for all who drive, without regard to legal status. Seconded by Mary McWilliams and unanimously approved.

Mary McWilliams: Approval of Minutes of September 30, 2007 Meeting: seconded by Jack McNanie and unanimously approved

Next Board meeting scheduled for January 12, 2008 10:30 a.m. at 8 Windsor Road, Great Neck New York.
